The quality of rest and amount of time for an interval can vary, but regular sleep for 6-8 hours can serve as a baseline. ===== Accelerating Recovery ===== ☐ **TECHNOLOGY** \\ Many technological means exist to aid or accelerate healing, recovery and restoring Attribute Reserves. \\ The quality of the technological aid tends to reduce the time required for recovery by a factor or two or more, recovering 2 to 4, but possibly as many 10, points of each Attribute Reserve per interval. ☐ **SPECIAL EFFECT ABILITIES (SFX)** \\ Rumors exist of people able to recover various forms of Ability Reserves lost through supernatural, inexplicable, or otherwise non-technological means. Broadly, these means group into what Adventurers informally refer to as magic, mutations or powers, and psionics.
