All 12 Attribute Scores start at 0 (Average), representing a completely average person.
Some Attributes may be lowered below Average to increase the pool of points to purchase upgrades for other Attributes.
For each -1 point taken for an Attribute, the corresponding point may be added to another ability.
No more than 5 points may be removed from, or added to, a single Attribute Score this way.
