ATTRIBUTE SCORE TEST
When an Adventurer must perform a task for which there is no explicitly defined skill, a raw Attribute Score Test may be used.
For example, if there were no Lifting skill, an Adventurer could test their ability to perform a lifting task using just Strength.
There are two different methods for resolving an Attribute Score Test depending on whether the Adventurer is pitting their ability against nature and circumstance, or against others:
- Unopposed Attribute Score Test - the Adventurer is testing their ability against nature or circumstance
- Opposed Attribute Score Test - the Adventurer is testing their ability against others' abilities
